As a Licensed Professional Counselor and certified Relationship Coach, Ellasin bridges the gap between faith and mental health. She is the visionary founder and CEO of two thriving businesses in Hampton Roads—Journey Psychotherapy, LLC and Ellasin’s Events Floral & Décor, LLC. Through her counseling and coaching, she has guided countless individuals and couples toward healing, wholeness, and renewed connection.

Ellasin is also a gifted writer and co-author of two impactful books. Her writing reflects her heart for strengthening marriages, mentoring women, and helping others embrace their God-given identity. With wisdom born of both experience and education, she speaks to the real struggles people face and offers hope rooted in Christ.

Alongside her husband, Pastor Eric L. Allen, she serves as Co-Founder of Living Water Worship Center in Suffolk, Virginia. Together, they are building a ministry that reaches people of every background with the message of Jesus Christ and the power of God’s love.
